Online Enrollment

Enrolling in the Personal Health plan is easy and can be accomplished in just a few minutes online using our secure server.

That's all there is to it! Enrolling online shouldn't take you more than a few minutes and we make it easy with our step by step format.

Your online enrollment will be confirmed personally by us within one business day. And the approval process usually takes one to three business days.

Once you have been approved we invoice you for your premium. Coverage begins on the first day of the month.

Payment of Premium

You do not need to make payment until your application has been approved and we invoice you. We do recommend that if you plan to pay by check that you send in your premium upon applying to ensure that your coverage can begin in time. We will not cash the check until you have been approved for cover.
